This is a pet care service agreement between existing clients named below and Jake's Adventures Petcare Ltd.

This form is for existing clients with services already booked, not a service request, please get in contact first to see if we are available to provide the dates needed

All bookings are preset for morning arrivals, so our guests can join in with the activities and get to know the other guests, to help them settle for the night.

Please note departures are automatically expected in the mornings to make room for other arrivals.

Departures in the afternoon adds an extra daycare charge and must be arranged at the time of booking.

Become aggressive or cause harm to any other dog

Show aggression or cause harm to any carers, residents or members of the public.

Come into season while boarding

Persistently mount or hump any of the other dogs causing distress

Cause unexpected or unwarranted damage to carers property
